Artist-designer Garance VallĂ©e and textile artist Franck Pellegrino have collaborated closely to create a collection of unique pieces made entirely by hand. Sculpted with solid teakwood by Indonesian craftsmen and hand-stitched by the artist Franck Pellegrino himself, this collection is shaped by Garance’s angular, modernist forms, which serve as backdrops for Franck’s tapestries.

Bisa Studio is a Maison d’edition and Creative Studio that collaborates with artists around the world to bring traditional techniques to life in a new form. For this collection one artist has been inspired by the other’s designs, and vice versa, to create pieces that combine raw materials, sculptural lines and patchwork of fabrics from different origins. These functional works of art showcase the skills of each artist, while creating a new entity that reflects the fusion of the worlds of Garance VallĂ©e and Franck Pellegrino.
